Goodbye, Yellowbrick Road

I know it's challenging to stop factoring in political parties when taking a stand... when trying to understand what's happening. But, in your own private space, try that here, this once. Don't think about being a democrat or republican, or even an independent. Release yourself, for the moment, from thinking about being conservative or liberal. Think only about a few powerful entities, and those with no power—you and me. Imagine—if you can—a world of us and THEM. The common citizen... and those wanting to control us. Although I rarely identify my own affiliation, I'm doing it now. I was a registered republican for decades. But, that has changed. After I realized that 'the party' has little to do with it, I officially registered "No Affiliation." Why" Because I trust NO politician anymore. I trust no one in power. My focus is now on the 'person,' not group-think. It's a new age. And, that age is going to weigh heavier on us in this coming year. At least allow yourself the ammunition of information.
